Do you want to sing with LHCC?
LHCC is always excited to hear from singers who would like to join us and be a part of this project choir! Please start by filling in the form below to tell us a little bit about yourself. Once we receive this we will contact you with the next step.
At LHCC we use 3-part harmonies to sing contemporary dance music so tell us about any singing experience that you feel will help us assess your skill level (i.e. previous choir activity, solo artist work performances and recordings etc). LHCC has an inclusive policy and professional vocal training is embedded in every session.
We look forward to hearing from you!
AUDITION FORM
Fast track audition – Video uploader
If you are as excited as we are about your joining LHCC, you can fast track your audition process by sending us a short video of yourself singing. Your video will be private and will only be assessable to our Choir Director, Kayo Anosike. Through this initial, audition process, your choir director will be able to hear your vocal strengths, qualities and range. Don’t worry about the visual quality of your video. It’s only your voice that counts!
3 EASY STEPS:
To do this, simply use the camera on your phone or device. sing 1 verse and 1 chorus of a song of your choice. You can of course sing the whole song if you wish! Choose a song that you love, that best shows off your vocal tones and range.
STEP 1: Fill out the AUDITION FORM on this page to tell us about yourself.
STEPT 2: At the start of your video, tell us your name and your phone number.
STEP 3: Send in your video audition by simply clicking the upload button below.
Once we have received your video we will give you access to one of our songs and invite you to join a real-time rehearsal session with the London House Cats Choir. This way you will be able to meet the other choir members and experience the contemporary way in which our choir director works.
We look forward to hearing from you!
